My husband and I decided to check out this new restaurant last night, and we were really impressed! Our server Jackie was so nice and knowledgeable. I informed her I had a garlic and onion allergy and she brought over a separate menu showing what I could eat- the only other time I experienced this was in London. I was so happy to learn I could eat what I wanted- the Chicken Milanese. It was SO GOOD.
My cocktail was also probably the best one I've ever had- the Ladder 66. Four Roses bourbon, smoked sasparailla syrup, and walnut butters- it arrived smoking and smelling like a campfire, but tasted like the perfect combination of sweet and earthy.
Overall it was a great dining experience and we'll be back!

Great new restaurant for the Portland food scene. Had a weekend away with pre-teen grandkids and took a chance on eating here. We got the calamari which everyone enjoyed. They got the smash burgers and as one of kids stated "best burger I ever had" lol. Wife got the kale salad. I find kale so-so and I could eat this salad everyday. I got the duck, fantastic. Chef /owner even came to table after hearing about our rave reviews from the grandkids. Our server was great and even preformed a magic trick that wowed the table. Beautiful looking restaurant also. Will be making this spot a must next time in town.

We had the distinct pleasure of dining here last week. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed with a great vibe. Oysters and calamari to start. Both were great with the calamari being the star! Nice mix of hot and sweet peppers for a great start! Moved on to the smash burger and the chicken sandwich. Great flavors in both. Service was excellent. Too full for dessert but we will definitely be back.
